Terms of Service
Effective date: 8 October 2026
Website: https://brahmacoding.com/
1. Introduction and acceptance
Welcome to BrahmaCoding. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, portfolio, inquiry tools, and any software development services or digital products we offer. By accessing the website, you agree to these terms. If you place a software order or engage us for development, any specific quotation, statement of work, order confirmation, or product license will also apply. If a signed agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the signed agreement governs that specific engagement.
2. Who we are and how to reach us
BrahmaCoding provides PHP application development, website development, XenForo add-ons, integrations, troubleshooting and software-related services. For questions about these terms, please use the Contact page at https://brahmacoding.com/contact. Current business and support contact details are published there.
3. Website content and portfolio
Our website describes projects, services, technology, examples and planned features. Project screenshots, mockups and descriptions may be illustrative, may describe development work in progress and do not automatically constitute a commercial offer or warranty of specific functionality. Availability, compatibility, specifications, pricing and delivery dates should be confirmed in writing before ordering. All content is provided for general information and may be changed or withdrawn.
4. Quotes and custom development
Submitting a contact form does not create a contract. Any custom project begins only when its scope, deliverables, commercial terms, acceptance criteria and timeline have been agreed. Changes requested after approval may require revised fees or schedules. Unless specifically included in writing, third-party licensing, hosting, domain charges, payment processing fees, ongoing maintenance, content creation, security audits and integrations are excluded from a development quote.
5. Payment and delivery
Where payments are required, the agreed invoice or checkout terms specify the currency, milestones, method, due date and delivery arrangements. Work may be paused if an agreed payment is overdue, subject to applicable law and the contract. Digital deliveries may take the form of a download, repository handover, licensed installation or other method agreed in writing. You are responsible for providing accurate information and necessary access for your project, using secure access-sharing methods.
6. Customer responsibilities
You must use our website, deliverables and services lawfully. You may not attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, interfere with the service, infringe intellectual-property rights, or provide content or instructions you do not have the right to use. You must keep account credentials and license keys confidential and promptly report any suspected misuse. You are responsible for suitable hosting configuration, backups and operational monitoring unless a separate maintenance agreement explicitly makes BrahmaCoding responsible for those duties.
7. Software ownership and licenses
Pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, reusable components, and third-party packages remain subject to their original ownership and license terms. Rights granted in custom work will be defined in the relevant contract. Buying or receiving software does not automatically transfer copyright or permit redistribution, sublicensing, resale, decompilation or sharing of license credentials. Please also read the License Policy and any product-specific terms supplied with your purchase.
8. Support, updates and compatibility
Support periods, response times, updates and compatibility commitments depend on the relevant offer or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, there is no guarantee of perpetual updates, free feature additions or compatibility with every host, PHP release, operating system, theme or plugin. Customers should test updates in staging and maintain backups before deployment.
9. Third-party services and external links
Our work may integrate open-source libraries, external APIs, hosting providers, payment providers or other services. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Their pricing, uptime, policies and technical changes are outside our control. Links to external sites do not imply that BrahmaCoding endorses or controls those sites.
10. Availability and disclaimers
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accessible and published information accurate, but downtime, maintenance, errors or third-party outages may occur. Except for express promises in a written agreement or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the website and informational material are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, liability for a paid service or digital product will be governed by the relevant agreement. We are not responsible for losses caused by customer-side changes, compromised customer credentials, unsupported modifications or third-party failures, except where law or a written agreement provides otherwise.
12. Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Please review our Refund Policy before ordering. For issues, contact us with your order reference, relevant details and desired resolution. We aim to handle complaints fairly. Legal rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected by these website terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms as products, services or legal requirements evolve. The effective date above identifies this version. Material changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. Continued website use after publication indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing law
Unless an applicable mandatory consumer protection rule or separately agreed contract states otherwise, these terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of India. Any contractual dispute venue should be specified in the relevant service agreement where appropriate.
