Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 8 October 2026
Website: https://brahmacoding.com/
1. Purpose
This policy explains how BrahmaCoding handles requests concerning purchased digital software, custom development services and related support. It is a general framework; an agreed quotation, sales listing, signed contract or applicable consumer law may give you additional rights or specify different terms. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
2. Before purchasing
Please review the product description, listed compatibility requirements, available demonstration, license duration, deployment needs and support conditions before payment. If any details are unclear, contact us through https://brahmacoding.com/contact. We encourage customers to confirm that required PHP versions, database extensions, web-server configuration and third-party integrations are supported in their environment.
3. Digital software products
A download or digital license may be usable immediately after delivery and cannot always be returned in the same manner as physical merchandise. Refund requests for digital products will be reviewed based on the stated offer, what was delivered, any material mismatch or demonstrable defect, attempted remedies and the laws that apply. We do not impose a blanket rule eliminating mandatory statutory refund or remedy rights.
4. Faulty or materially misdescribed software
If software is materially different from its documented description or a reproducible defect prevents a core promised function, please provide the order reference, PHP and database versions, hosting details, error messages and reproducible steps. We may propose a fix, supported configuration, replacement or refund as appropriate to the agreement and applicable law. You should not disclose passwords, secret keys or confidential server data in public tickets.
5. Custom development projects
For custom projects, milestone payments, cancellation rights, accepted work, revisions and refunds depend on the scope and agreement confirmed before work starts. When a customer cancels, fees may be owed for agreed work already completed and nonrecoverable third-party expenses where lawful and contractually disclosed. Undelivered work or material failures will be reviewed under the agreed remedy process and applicable law.
6. Change of mind and compatibility
A change of preference after purchase or use on an unsupported environment may not automatically qualify for a refund. However, claims are assessed fairly on their facts and any mandatory consumer rights. Compatibility commitments apply only to the software and versions stated in the offer or contract. Please ask us about your installation environment before buying.
7. Renewals, subscriptions and licenses
If a particular product includes a recurring license or support subscription, its renewal, expiration, cancellation and billing terms should be shown separately before payment. Stopping a future renewal does not necessarily reverse amounts already paid for a current term, subject to the specific agreement and applicable law. This website does not by itself promise that every product uses a subscription.
8. Requesting assistance or a refund
Submit a request using the website's Contact page and include: the purchase date, product name, order or invoice reference, a clear description of the issue, and what outcome you are seeking. If screenshots or logs are necessary, remove personal information and secrets before sending them. We will review requests in a reasonable manner and explain the proposed resolution.
9. Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, it is ordinarily sent through the original payment method where available and lawful. Actual processing time can depend on the payment provider, bank, currency and method. Payment processor or network rules may affect the route of a refund. We will not request that you share a wallet seed phrase, password or payment PIN to receive a refund.
10. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us first if a payment or delivery issue arises so we can attempt to resolve it. You retain any rights to approach your payment provider, relevant consumer authority or court under applicable law. Providing accurate order records helps prevent unnecessary delays or misunderstandings.
11. Amendments
This policy may be updated to clarify operational or legal changes. The version applicable to a particular purchase may also be determined by the terms displayed or agreed when the transaction was made. Contact BrahmaCoding at https://brahmacoding.com/contact for assistance.
